Thank you for shopping with Sheep's Desk. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
RETURNS
RETURNS
We only accept returns for domestic orders under the following conditions:
- Item was received with a defect, or an incorrect item was sent
- Return request is made within 14 days of delivery
- Item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
We do NOT accept returns for:
- International orders — all international sales are final
- Items damaged during shipping or transit
- Items marked as final sale or on clearance
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Return requests made after 14 days of delivery
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN (Domestic Only)
- Email us at sheepsdeskph@gmail.com with the subject line: Return Request – Order #[ORDER NUMBER]
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason
- Attach clear photos of the item/s
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days
- Once approved, we will send return instructions and the return address
⚠️ Do not send items back without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be processed.
RETURN SHIPPING (Domestic Only)
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost
- If returning for personal reasons, return shipping is the customer's responsibility
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for lost return packages
REFUNDS
We only issue refunds for orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase that have not yet been processed or shipped.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your cancellation request must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order
- Your order must not yet have been processed or shipped at the time of the request
- This applies to both domestic and international orders
Once your order has been processed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for a refund, regardless of the reason.
HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION & REFUND
- Email us immediately at sheepsdeskph@gmail.com with the subject line: Cancellation Request – Order #[ORDER NUMBER]
- Include your order number and reason for cancellation
- We will confirm whether your order is still eligible based on its current status
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-7 business days to your original payment method
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund after 7–10 business days:
- Check your bank account or e-wallet
- Contact your bank or payment provider — processing times vary
- If you still haven't received it, email us at sheepsdeskph@gmail.com and we will look into it
ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR:
- International orders
- Orders that have already been processed or shipped
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Digital or downloadable products
