Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5-10 days after payment confirmation, depending on order quantity. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Philippines) via J&T Express
Luzon 3-5 days
Visayas 3-7 days
Mindanao and Palawan 5-10 days
Domestic shipping rates range from ₱80 to ₱200 and are automatically calculated by weight at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship to selected countries worldwide. Estimated delivery time:
Economy (PHLPost International) 14-45 days
Standard (LBC Express International) 7-14 days
Express (FedEx International) 5-10 days
Please note that international delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing in the destination country.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes
Sheep's Desk is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not able to predict or control these fees — please check with your local customs office before ordering.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the link sent in the email.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:
- Check your tracking number for updates.
- Contact your local post office or customs office.
- Reach out to us through email at sheepsdeskph@gmail.com with your order number, and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Address
